Terms and Conditions – Cashback
1. This offer entitles the end user cashback on their Online Wallet or Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher inside the pack. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the wallet partner website or Mobile App to receive your wallet cashback.
6. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, Online Wallet Mob Nos, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
7. All Participants agree that wallet partners offering discount vouchers may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the discount vouchers and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of recharge/discount voucher by the Participants.
8. The Payment Processing Partner / Wallet Partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies.
In the event of any fraud detection, the Payment Processing Partner / wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the Payment Processing Partner / wallet partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 100
12. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru.
13. The Payment Processing Partner / wallet partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
14. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
Healthifyme Plan Terms & Conditions
1.This is a HealthifyMe Voucher and would be accepted on HealthifyMe App only.
2.Multiple Vouchers CANNOT be used in one single purchase.
3.Consumers will be governed by the privacy policy of HealthifyMe and for any queries on redemption of coupons.
4.No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the voucher will be given.
5.Voucher cannot be combined with other coupons and are not valid with other promos and offers, if any.
6.HealthifyMe voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
7.Any dispute related to the voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
8.HealthifyMe shall on best effort basis attempt to accept voucher, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of HealthifyMe, voucher may not get accepted on the website/App and HealthifyMe shall have no liability for the same.
9.HealthifyMe reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Voucher at any time without any notice or liability.
10.HealthifyMe has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
11.HealthifyMe reserves the right to withdraw voucher scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
12. The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer on the App/Website. The voucher cannot be used on existing subscribers of the HealthifyMe App/Website.
13.HealthifyMe reserves the right to deny accepting any vouchers if it suspects that there is duplicity of vouchers or fraudulent usage of the vouchers.
14. In no event the liability of HealthifyMe for any claims shall exceed the value of the voucher in dispute.
Terms and Conditions - 1 Month Cult Fit Subscription (Online Only) Voucher
1. The promotional voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
2. Voucher unlocks access on only “cure.fit Live / live.fit” memberships and is not applicable on other products on cure.fit app/website
3. The products/services are available under the “LIVE” tab only.
4. Once the voucher is unlocked it will appear under “Active Packs / Subscriptions” in your profile section4. Each voucher can be redeemed only once per user.
5. The voucher is applicable to be used in India only.
6. This pass does not allow customer to pause the membership
7. Only one voucher can be used at a time and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. The voucher is not transferable and should not be resold or redeemed for cash
9. The voucher cannot be returned under any circumstances.
10. Usage of the voucher shall be subject to acceptance of terms and conditions by the member available on cure.fit app/web.
11. cure.fit reserves the right to modify or revoke the voucher / offer at any point in time.
Terms & Conditions for Netmeds Voucher
1. This is a Netmeds Voucher and would be accepted on https://www.netmeds.com/ and Netmeds App
2. The person who has Netmeds vouchers is deemed to be the beneficiary
3. This Voucher is applicable for valid customers only.
4. This Voucher entitles customers to order medicines ONLY.
5. Toiletries, Cosmetics, FMCG products or the products of a similar kind cannot be purchased through this Voucher.
6. For prescription-based medicine orders, a valid prescription from an authorized doctor is required for the fulfilment of the order.
7. For the purpose of redeeming the Voucher online at Netmeds.com, the Voucher number must be applied at the time of checkout to get the maximum discount of up to the denomination of this voucher.
8. If the order value exceeds the denomination value of this voucher, then customers shall pay the differential amount by selecting the desired payment method mentioned on the Netmeds website at the time of checkout.
9. If the order value is less than the Voucher value, then the balance amount shall be forfeited and cannot be refunded or adjusted in any manner whatsoever.
10. Delivery and/or COD charges shall be borne by customers only.
11. This Voucher is for one-time use only & cannot be combined with any other offers, schemes or discounts of any kind, available at the Netmeds s website.
12. Once the prescription has been validated by Netmeds, the order delivery details will be confirmed by Netmeds at the time of placing the order. For any order related enquires, customers are advised to visit www.netmeds.com

18. Authorised voucher partner holds no responsibility, direct or indirect, for any damage, loss, or health problems that may arise from the use of any products offered by the Netmeds.
19. Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability of the product(s) at the time of processing the order.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, distributors of ADANI WILMAR LTD and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.

4. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
5. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
6. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.

20. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
21. ADANI WILMAR LTD or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of ADANI WILMAR LTD/ its Agency, and under no circumstances, shall ADANI WILMAR LTD be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
22. The decision of ADANI WILMAR LTD or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final. . No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
23. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by ADANI WILMAR LTD and its agency after 7 days from the date of the closure of the promotion period

Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
27. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.

Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
